Frank D. Lanterman Regional Center
FDLRC
Regional Centers are nonprofit, private corporations that contract with the State of California, Department of Developmental Services (DDS). Regional Centers are funded to provide diagnosis and assessment of eligibility and help plan, access, coordinate and monitor the services and supports that are needed because of a developmental disability.
Frank D. Lanterman Regional Center (FDLRC) is a private, non-profit corporation that operates under contract with California’s Department of Developmental Services. The Center serves over 9,000 children and adults with developmental disabilities, who have or are at risk for a developmental delay or disability, and who are at high-risk of parenting an infant with a disability.

Eastern Los Angeles Regional Center
ELARC
Headquartered in Alhambra, a community of Los Angeles county, The Eastern Los Angeles Regional Center (ELARC) is a private, non-profit organization under contract with the California Department of Developmental Services (DDS). ELARC is one of 21 Regional Centers in the state, coordinating and providing community-based services to individuals with developmental disabilities.
ELARC serves the residents in the following geographic areas: Hollywood-Wilshire, Central Los Angeles, Pasadena, Glendale, Burbank, La Cañada-Flintridge, and La Crescenta.

Harbor Regional Center
HRC
Regional Centers are nonprofit, private corporations that contract with the State of California, Department of Developmental Services (DDS). Regional Centers are funded to provide diagnosis and assessment of eligibility and help plan, access, coordinate and monitor the services and supports that are needed because of a developmental disability.
Harbor Regional Center (HRC) is one of the 21 regional centers that provide services to persons, age three and above, with a disability pursuant to the Lanterman Act and infants and toddlers, birth to 36 months, who have a need for early intervention services and who meet the eligibility criteria for the California Early Start program.

South Central Los Angeles Regional Center
SCLRC
SCLARC is a private non-profit organization with over 45 years of experience serving individuals diagnosed with developmental disabilities and children with developmental delays. Services provided include intake, assessment, diagnosis, case management, early intervention, and life-long service coordination. SCLARC contracts with the Department of Developmental Services (DDS) to provide Early Start early intervention services for children with developmental delays, or at risk for delays, under the age of 3; and to provide supportive services for individuals diagnosed with a permanent developmental disability, ages 3 and above.
SCLARC works to ensure that eligible individuals receive support to enjoy the highest quality life possible in their community. We serve the cities of Bell, Bell Gardens, Maywood, Paramount, Cudahy, Downey, Huntington Park, South Gate, Compton, Lynwood, Gardena, Vernon and Carson, as well as the South Los Angeles area, including the communities of Watts, Crenshaw, Hyde Park, Leimert Park, View Park and Baldwin Hills.

WRC

Department of Developmental Services
DDS
The California Department of Developmental Services is the agency through which the State of California provides services and supports to individuals with developmental disabilities. These disabilities include intellectual disability, cerebral palsy, epilepsy, autism and related conditions. Services are provided through state-operated developmental centers and community facilities, and contracts with 21 nonprofit regional centers.
